Federation of Canadian Artists Victoria Chapter Spring Artshow
Art moves and connects us, sparking joy, introspection and dialogue but art is more than a product; it is an action driven by our need to communicate. But why do we create and what compels us to express ourselves in visual forms? Members of the Federation of Canadian Artists, Victoria Chapter, have been invited to submit their response to questions such as these, the results of which are as multi-faceted as the artists themselves. Two-dimensional works – in multiple genres, styles and medium, from the photo-realistic to fully abstract – will be featured in this juried exhibition.
