SUMMARY:Tour De Rock
DESCRIPTION:Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock 2022 is an exciting annual event where law enforcement and emergency services personnel cycle across Vancouver Island raising money for childhood cancer research and support services at the Canadian Cancer Society. \nThis year is especially important to our caring communities across Vancouver Island as we celebrate Tour de Rock’s 25th anniversary. From the very first ride in 1998\, Tour de Rock has grown on the strength of dedicated volunteers and community partners from Port Alice to Victoria. We are excited to be back to a full tour in 2022! \nFor the past 25 years\, we have been a force-for-life in the face of cancer. We remain determined to continue supporting children and families living with cancer. Why? Because the impact of cancer on the life of a child and their family is devastating. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society through Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock are used to fund life-saving pediatric cancer research and caring support programs like Camp Goodtimes to reduce its impact. \nDonate today\, support a rider\, host an event or participate in a community event to help us pedal our way to end childhood cancer! \nDate: September 24 through October 7\, 2022\nSaturday September 24th – Port Alice \nSunday September 25th – Port Hardy / Port McNeill \nMonday September 26th – Sayward \nTuesday September 27th – Campbell River \nWednesday September 28th – Comox Valley \nThursday September 29th – Qualicum Beach / Parksville \nFriday September 30th – Port Alberni \nSaturday October 1st – Ucluelet \nSunday October 2nd – Tofino / Nanaimo \nMonday October 3rd – Ladysmith / Chemainus \nTuesday October 4th – Lake Cowichan / Duncan \nWednesday October 5th – Shawnigan Lake / Mill Bay / Sooke / Westshore \nThursday October 6th – Oak Bay / Victoria / Sidney \nFriday October 7th – Esquimalt / Saanich / Victoria
