Through a partnership with the Sidney BIA and the Town of Sidney, businesses gain access to professional marketing, strategic guidance, and valuable community connections at no cost.
Services include targeted marketing and promotion, social media exposure, inclusion in the online business directory and events calendar, and representation through visitor services that connect businesses with over 20,000 annual visitors. Businesses can also access one-on-one consultations, up-to-date market insights, grant information, and professional development workshops.
With a focus on increasing visibility, driving foot traffic, and strengthening the local economy, Sidney’s Business Development Services help businesses grow, connect, and thrive in a vibrant coastal community.
Business development is central to the Sidney BIA’s mandate and underpins all of our programming. From marketing initiatives to events and placemaking, our work is designed to strengthen the local business environment, support long-term sustainability, and position Sidney as a thriving commercial destination.
Through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Sidney, the Sidney BIA has expanded its business development services beyond our traditional membership to support all businesses within Sidney. This allows for a more coordinated, community-wide approach to economic growth, ensuring both new and existing businesses have access to guidance, resources, and strategic support.
