After 30 years, one of Canada’s most iconic Synth-Pop groups is back!
Capitol Records/Universal Records act Strange Advance is back to remind you what the 80’s sounded like. After selling 200k+ records, getting nominated for 2 Juno’s (including Group of the Year) and picking up fans like Neil Peart and Annie Lennox, Strange Advance are back on stage.
Based in Vancouver but often mistaken for being British (well…Drew was born in Scotland) they received 3 Gold Records and released a new album in 2022. Available only at live shows or www.strangeadvance.com, the new CD ‘4’, has been popular with fans from all over the world.
Aided by Tim Hill (visual artist – ex-Skinny Puppy), the live show is not to be missed. Strange Advance are looking forward to their first ever show in Sidney!
